No. No one was shocked. I asked China if they were shocked about anything in this video and they told me that they were not shocked in any way by it and were not even aware of any of the content in this video.

As a Swiss citizen I'm very excited about the docu of the Eppenberg tunnel. Otherwise this is not a real mega project despite the huge challenge to build it into graveled terrain. The real mega project in Switzerland is the mighty nearly 60 kilometers long Gotthard railway tunnel beneath the Swiss alps. Have once a look there and make a video.

Not sure where that "Shocked China" coming from. Nothing about construction projects would shock China nowadays, as it leads the world on these things. But these projects are very impressive nonetheless. I'm concerned over the "underwater" highway with cruise ships above though. If any cruise ship accidentally hit the anchor floating on water, isn't that a crazy disaster? Those anchors look more vulnerable and harder to see (thus more prone to accident) than bridge piers. What about waves moving the tunnel? Looks to be a bit concerning, but I'm sure the engineers would have thought of these issues. Would've been nice to know how they dealt with them.
