📢 Update on the Second COC Meeting

Dear WazirX Users,

We wanted to inform you that WazirX's Second Committee of Creditors (COC) meeting was successfully held on October 29, 2024. During the meeting, WazirX provided the COC with an overview of the proposed Scheme of Arrangement, including the mechanics of handling the Liquid Assets and the proposed tokenization and issuance of new Recovery Tokens. WazirX also provided further information of the improved recovery plans that will be implemented as a part of the restructuring process. WazirX addressed questions from the COC and obtained some valuable feedback.
