I own a 2016 Traverse LT. You missed a few cool features of this car over other crossovers. You need to know the stuff prior to evaluation. Your eval almost told people to wait for the 2017 which you may or may not favor.

Some things you missed:
The heated cloth seats feature both lumbar separate from the seat itself. Handy after a sore back from work.

No review of the computer features.

One the rear middle seats are adjustable making giving more leg room the third row seating. The vehicle is wide as you alluded and therefore not only improves the ride but seating comfort in the third row.

The ambient lighting is something I always receive a 'that's cool' comment from new passengers.

The "My Link" has Bluetooth and the rear two middle USB ports can keep phone charged while using Bluetooth.

My Traverse has an incredible 7200 pound towing package nearly as much as my Extended Cab Silverado with 9000 pounds.

It is a "Plan Jane" sleeper of a SUV.

I live in cold country.. Remote started engine only runs less than 3 minutes for 2 times. Then has to be manually started. Never runs long enough to warm anything. Is there anyway to get more starts or longer running time ????
