Understanding Azure Video Indexer

Few questions.

1. Why it shows trial? I created video indexer from azure portal and then opened the video indexer portal from azure dashboard. It says trial and limited. When I try to click unlimited it takes me to azure portal and ask to create video indexer again in azure and it creates another one but nothing happens. Don't go unlimited or anything

2. My use case is to upload video and then get subtitle caption in different languages, is it possible?
