Hearing them back-to-back, Jotaro really does sound different in Parts 4, 5 and 6.
Although it's also likely his voice was deeper at the time because he was _pissed off._

Come to think of it, I guess the real reason Jotaro sent Koichi was because the Joestars all have a psychic connection with each other, so Giorno could have noticed him coming and fled before making contact.

Missed opportunity to make Jotaro just casually go inside the car during stopped time and do the DIO STYLE where Giorno will be stuck inside the car if he tried to NIGERUNDAYO
