TGS MODDED PRS SILVER SKY HSS WITH A PRS 57/08

Here is a one of a kind PRS Silver Sky our in-house tech Ryan Storkson has modified to install a PRS 57/08 humbucker pickup. He also had to meticulously craft a custom pickguard to make it all fit neatly and of course make it look professional. The original pickguard and pickup is included with the purchase of the guitar.

Here is Kale testing out the guitar, trying out many different sounds with the newly installed humbucker pickup.

That bridge pickup sounded extremely thin. Almost like if it was coil-tapped.

Why does my silver sky and this one also sound "plastic-y". There's a thin finish at the end of my notes that makes me think I'm playing a toy guitar at times. Chords sound fine, but when I play one note or double stops, it's noticeable.
