The handlebar needs to have the weight of a bike and rider behind it and be moving at the speed of a fast-moving bike for this test to simulate a real impact between a moving bike and a car. This is like throwing a car bumper at a human to demonstrate that crashing a car into them wouldn't do any harm. Doesn't make sense.

It looks like aluminium. Second, this was no more than 15m/s, and you forgot about 90kg mass of bicycle + rider moving same direction
