The series is a deliciously dark psychological drama exploring the stultifying claustrophobia of suburbia and the fallout of chasing your darkest desires. When Evie (Eleanor Tomlinson) and Pete (Alfred Enoch) move into an upscale neighborhood, they find themselves in a world of curtain twitching and status anxiety but soon find friendship in the shape of the couple next door: alpha traffic cop Danny (Sam Heughan) and his wife, glamorous yoga instructor Becka (Jessica De Gouw).

I used to sing with a married woman in a choir which required all of us to sing and dance together on rows of bleachers on different levels all at the same time who way back then already admitted to me that she had lots of fun with neighbors who liked to do pranks on her -- once she caught on to who they were at the time.

Saw it in the UK in May. Hated it. The set is unbelievable (palm trees in Yorkshire? Nope.) And the acting is meh. Elinor's baby belly was applied upside down (her belly button under her boobs, ) and the plot is stupid.
