How was check in?
Lots of people on fan page say they book a premium room and then have to sit and argue to get what they paid for.
Any answers for that??
Very stressful for guests.
I’m there in March and if I have to haggle with them after prepaying for my beach front room premium I’ll be making my own video guaranteed.

I see this hotel is pretty close to the airport.I think I noticed like 7 miles. By chance have you stayed anywhere else farther in? I see the Riu's are like 20 miles in and curious to know is that "dead" area?
