Γιατροί του Κόσμου – Ελλάδας Doctors of the World – Greece (Greek MdM)

Οι Γιατροί του Κόσμου – Ελλάδας (ΓτΚ – Ελλάδας), ιδρύθηκαν το 1990 και αποτελούν μία ιατρική, ανθρωπιστική Μη Κυβερνητική Οργάνωση, μέλος του Διεθνούς Δικτύου των Γιατρών του Κόσμου το οποίο αποτελείται από 15 αντιπροσωπείες (Αργεντινή, Βέλγιο, Γαλλία, Γερμανία, Ελβετία, Ελλάδα, Ηνωμένες Πολιτείες Αμερικής, Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο, Ιαπωνία, Ισπανία, Καναδάς, Λουξεμβούργο, Ολλανδία, Πορτογαλία και Σουηδία).

Doctors of the World – Greece (Greek MdM) was founded in 1990 as an affiliate of the International net of MdM, which consists of 14 affiliates worldwide. While part of an International organization, it maintains its financial and administrative independence. With many missions of humanitarian aid in Greece and in developing countries, Greek doctors, administrative employees and logisticians offer their services voluntarily. Since its establishment, more than 600 volunteers have participated in medical and humanitarian missions in 50 countries.
