I'm one of those knucleheads that fished the middle of 5000 acres of sand.
I have a question .... provided you find the water, and structure, but no baitfish, is there much of a chance that a few halibut might be lying & waiting there, because they instinctually know that this bait-less area might eventually bring in the bait?
