Dear Umar, please answer to my questions: do all universities in Finland require CAE/CPE/IELTS certificate during application for PhD? Or is it possible to send them the certificate after application period? If work experience includes translation in english, is it strictly necessary to prove knowledge in English by such certificate?

I currently looking for a PhD in Finland and i dont have anyone to help me and the research to begin with looks confusing, cause i m looking for a funded programme cause i cant afford the costs. I dont think i would be able to win a grant or something like that but i found something called "Salaried Position Programme" . Do you have any info on that?
