Robotic Bin Picking with 3D Vision is used to randomly pick parts from totes or bins.
The 3D Vision Camera System maps out the sequence for the robot pick pattern.
In this cell, part fixtures are used to locate the parts and in the correct orientation.
We utilize MAGSWITCH magnetic grippers to pick and place the metal parts.
Part sensors are used to verify the static nest is full.
3D Vision cameras are static mounted onto a structure above the cell, clear of the robot path.
