Chipotle chicken burrito 🌯 bowl

Marinade
◽Place half of a can of Chipotle
peppers 🌶 in adobo sauce,
onions, and garlic in blender/
food processor until pureed.
◽Season with spices, brown sugar,
lime juice, salt, and pepper.
◽Place seasoned chicken in.Ziploc
bag to marinate in the
refrigerator for a few hours or
overnight.
Cooking
◽Sear chicken in a high heat pan
until it is cooked all the way
through.
◽Transfer from pan to cutting
board to rest before slicing.
◽Chop up the chicken.
◽ Cook white/brown rice according
to package instructions.

Assemble your bowl
◽White rice topped with fresh/
dried cilantro and squeezed lime
juice.
◽Add chopped up chipotle chicken
◽Add shredded cheese of choice
◽Add Pinto Beans and/or black
beans
◽Add guacamole
◽Add shredded lettuce 🥬
◽Add spicy mayo
