This is a video of my buddies Sr20Ve Sentra making 380whp and has dynoed as much as 450. The car is completely built with all forged internals and a 6 speed trans.

i have a 96 ser with a neo vvl and a t70 puts out over 500 hp on stock internals...at 20 psi
Fuel management system and a proper tune is the key. 11.2 on q-mile / 92 octane

What size turbo? And how much boost when making 450hp?

Who cares how much money its worth? It's faster than many cars worth more. This car ran 12.0 @ 128mph at 4500ft elevation on street tires. Plenty fast enough. And sleeper enough too. It's just a sentra dude, not gonna win any car shows.
