You guys inspired me to do all star cheer! I’m 11 and started at the beginning of the season with no tumbling skills on a level 1 prep, and recently got my back handspring! I was also asked to fly on a level 2 prep team. Cheer is everything to me and I thank you for being my inspiration !

I’ve done homeschool for a couple of months now and I love it! I definitely recommend doing it if you’re trying to get done with school earlier. But I will say if you do homeschool it can get really lonely and boring at times.

Perri is so cute:) I did homeschooling a couple years like 4th n 5th grade:) IT was really good, flexible create your own schedule, no lunches to pack, choose when to take Winter n Spring n Fall breaks, wear whatever clothing you want, etc..

I homeschool and my son loves it. He’s already completely done his book curriculum and it’s been turned in and now he just has math to finish which is the one subject he does online however the only reason we started homeschooling was due to extreme bullying

I’m sure your parents just want the responsibility of homeschooling. As in education if you homeschool correctly kids are far beyond the public school spectrum. My homeschooled son was accepted into university and awarded an honors scholarship for all 4 years based on his grades/test scores etc. your kids have a social life they don’t need a school building for that. In fact most homeschooled kids are better prepared for the real world then those coming out of a public school setting. They also can easily communicate with all types of people and not just within their peer group. Now Perri not everyone sleeps in. My kids are up at 5:30/7:30 yet they are also done with school by 12:00. 5:30 is for my teen 🏊. However, there are some amazing online homeschool programs

Homeschooling is so much fun I been homeschooled all my life and now I’m 22 years old and I don’t even regret it I learned more than police school and some days I finish at 12 o’clock or 1 o’clock

My friend did homeschooling and graduated at 16 and was able to travel and focus on her sport, she told me Facebook has alot of local homeschooling they do meet ups, field trips, etc

I wanted to share my homeschool experience and i did it since 9th grade, I’m graduating in 2 months. First of all my experience is different from every other cause I live in russia. Second of all, switching to homeschool is the best thing I’ve ever done. My school is structured that way so i do all my school online, i watch video lessons, do homework, get grades and that’s it. So I’ve never been taught by my parents. But you have to be organized or controlled by parents to not put off school work which is think you won’t have problems since parents are home. Then you need a lot of socializing since you don’t go to school, but again with cheer you shouldn’t have a problem with it.
And at the end i want to say that homeschool gave me the opportunity to finish school a year early by doing two grades in one year.

I’ve been homeschooled all the way from 6th grade to high school. I loved it so much more than public school! The only regret I had was not keeping in touch with my friends, but I wouldn’t change going to homeschool at all! I have always been a fast paced person and homeschool never held me back from that, plus it’s very flexible. I did PENNfosfer for high school and finished all 4 years of high school within 8 months at 14 years old with a 3.9 GPA. I know that whatever you decide will be the best for your family, but if you do decide to do homeschool it has a lot of advantages if you do it right 😅

I did online school in high school and it was the best decision. But it was HARD. Way more difficult than in person where nobody did any real work. It was like a giant holding cell to waste time. Online school takes a LOT of self discipline, but I greatly valued learning that young as it helped me in college. Homeschool would be a great way to start out.
