Simultaneity

Показать описание
Albert Einstein's explanation of simultaneity includes two observers - one moving and one stationary- that are watching the light emitted from two lightning strikes. The stationary observer sees the flashes simultaneously and the moving observer does not. Einstein wanted us to believe that each observer has a factual accounting as to whether the "Events" were simultaneous or not. Since the velocity of light is finite, an observer can not determine whether distant "events" of unknown distances were simultaneous or not. If they each did some basic distance and time measurements, they would each come up with the same answer as to whether or not the events were simultaneous.
