Instead of bootstrap I went with Foundation (and the JointsWP starter theme), and the agency that maintained foundation ended up cutting a bunch of people and development lagged.

In 2019-ish, I ran into every-layout dot dev, learned about intrinsic design, etc...changed my mindset.

I like that the block editor doesn't have media queries at this point, yet, lol.
