I'm so glad you highlighted the fact that this type of work is very, very labor intensive (ie: hours and hours), therefore expensive to do.
Also glad you didn't uncover any hidden previous major repairs you would have had to address and increase the bill.

Thanks for the video Brian. I do everything all by myself and I often will tell my wife that when you watch a car show where they have a team of guys working on one car that it is very misleading when they crank out a job in a couple days vs my couple weeks or more. I had my 93 prelude si restored in the same exact manor but I used new formula red from the S2K since its a little less pink in the sun. Totally worth all the time the body shop had the car and it still looks amazing to this day.

Interestingly, in classic car judging, they give more points for cars that are more like they left the factory than the ones that are totally shiny to the max.
