Cutter from Masterchef is Kenny Powers

It's like Fox got Danny McBride to record a voice over. When Cutter gets sent home, will he go straight to Shelby, or will he make a quick stop in Myrtle Beach?

Rewatching Season 5 of MasterChef I thought "holy shit he sounds like Kenny Powers" especially when he gets annoyed lol. Back when this was originally on in 2014 I don't think I saw EB&D at all yet.

When he said "That's not what I said at all, don't put words in my mouth", I remember that part on TV. That was the best!

I didn't wasn't a big fan of Cutter during this season, but I have to admit, it was nice to finally see some one stand up to Joe.

Joe did indeed put words into his mouth! He never said once that Gordon has a bad pallet. Joe reacted the way he did because he was caught out!

Joe really had it coming. He was judging Dan's cake yet he commented that Cutter's looks child made. He was so excited to insult Cutter, now he got what he fking deserves.

This scene was hilarious. Cutter was actually trying to learn here with the feedback given and Joe was like "Are you the kind of guy that lives in a delusion?"

What cutter asked was genuine question.
He is right. Tell him what is considered too sweet. Educate him, instead you belittle him.
No judge, the people stands with Cutter.

He has the argument done with Graham. Joe just trying to add fire where it isn't needed

My sister was a camera tech for the show on seasons 2, 4 and 5. There's around 9 hours of footage captured per day that got edited down to a 40 minute episode.

"Why would you have anything to say, but 'yes sir'?"
Because he has balls.

Good for him. Stands up for himself, just because they’re judges doesn’t mean you get a say. He was there to learn and just because he asks questions and doesn’t sit there like a little puppy dog obeying every order and taking any shit coming his way, doesn’t mean he’s ignorant, it means he has self respect.

Gordon is a real man for not letting cutters words dictate the decision but focused on what the decision was based on the cakes themselves impressive level of patience and focus mindset on the task truly remarkable.

I like this guy. He tried his best, he wanted to learn, and he confronted anyone who offend his self esteem

Maybe it's just me, but I love Cutter. When he plates a dish, he honestly believes it's the best dish in the competition. Hell, Cutter would eat it. He's shining a light on a truth that MasterChef too often obfuscates: cuisine is subjective. Who is anyone to say that Cutter's opinion isn't valid? What Cutter is doing is reminding us of a dream we forgot. That in this world, anyone can be anything. Cutter is the goddamn American Dream.

I love how the judges don't take this personal. I am not seeing this much generosity so often in my country.

Cutter is the one person that doesn’t get on his knees and starts sucking the judges off I will give him props

Joe definitely twisted and put words into Cutter's mouth. Cutter was definitely at a breaking point and was desperate to get some feedback because he knew he shouldn't be this far in the competition. Cutter 100% had the right to defend himself against Joe.

Tbh I sort of agree with Cutter here. I think that he was right with it being an “everybody has a different palate.” sort thing. He didn’t have to interrupt Graham but I feel that he was right. When Joe started to be all mister know it all tough guy, I felt Cutters telling him off was extremely necessary. Plus, he wasn’t being very disrespectful the way he was telling him off. Joe was putting words in Cutters mouth by saying that Gordon’s palate is terrible. So Cutter definitely did the right thing by assertively correcting him. Joe needs to become, in my opinion, more open minded and less self proud.
