The wort part of current "County of Birth" rule is that An Indian citizen born in Middle East can get Green card in 2 year, but A citizen of India/UK/france/Australia etc but born in India it will take 200 year. This is clear discrimination based on county of birth.

The aging out is insanely cruel. When children of lawful immigrants, living in the USA, who their parents (mostly from India ) couldn't get the green card despite being excellent people because of the per country quota system, they suddenly lose status at the age of 21, and have to return to a country they never knew. The aging out should be fixed

I wish that the Democratic Party would apply the principle of merit instead of nationality to other areas as well, such as gender and skin color. Biden has publicly stated that he would only employ a black woman as replacement for Jen Psaki as press secretary. Only a black woman had the chance to be nominated as Supreme Court justice. It was not the skills and qualifications that counted, but skin colour and gender.

It's true that the immigration system is broken, but before the border isn't secured, nothing can and should be done. 5.5 million aliens have crossed the border in less than 2 years, 98 of them are known terrorists, over 20, 000 children have been lost. An estimated 90% of the people who came to the country since 2021 are not entitled to asylum. Deal with that first!
Fix the broken border, find the people who have no right to stay in America, send them back and THEN fix the broken immigration system. The U.S. takes in 1 million people from other countries each year, more than any other country.

They're looking for more foreign doctors because of all of these countries that are pouring into our country ..
These countries that are coming into our country some of them we don't speak a leak of their languages so we need more of those doctors that speak those languages.. All they're trying to achieve here is getting everything in place for all of these countries that are coming through our open borders.. These are country's that are not even here in this country .. How are we supposed to help these people if we don't speak their languages by bringing over doctors from those countries that's how ..😕 I would say those doctors in those different countries all are well-to-do for themselves in there home Country but they're coming here with a free pass Throw our open borders. Now there here & can resume being a doctor in our country.. They will be making more money as well what a great life these doctors will have here in America...

I'm a conservative. The bill is good. The per country quota system is stupid and discriminates against India ... I suggest instead of tossing Green cards by lottery to foreigners, let the DACA population who lived int he country their entire lives draw their name in it. Prefer they get it over total strangers.
