So anachronistic. The ideas that we use to investigate nature and the ideas of laws in Western civilization came from the Greeks -long before Christianity and outside of the scope of Judaism.

Thanks, some really interesting perspectives! I was wondering though from an apologetics standpoint, how would you answer for the same principles holding true to the Quran? Similarly Islam, another monotheistic religion, believes in a creator and the Quran invites followers into Scientific enquiry. There is the implication here of laws of nature/ physics. Best shown in scientific advances during the time of the Baghdad house of wisdom where they also expected to find answers?

Defining something like the bible as "unscientific" is only an indirect application of biblical theology. The circular reasoning therein is hilarious.
"Science" being the scientific method, cannot be confirmed as truth through the use of the scientific method. It is through Christian faith that science as we know it ever developed the adequate cultural lexicon to express ones senses into a functioning understanding of Tree (2) {life and knowledge (good and evil)} to derive judgement. The recognition of metaphysical duality of all things, is the very basis of applied reasoning. Applied reasoning is the foundation of the scientific method. To say The Bible is unscientific is strange because "science", would have no meaning without the bible's expression of duality good and evil. That's why its in the beginning. Just Sayin..
