This study reveals aging-related tissue dysfunction through spatial transcriptomics in male mice. Senescence-sensitive spots (SSSs) were linked to elevated entropy and immunoglobulin-expressing cell aggregation. Immunoglobulin G (IgG) accumulation, observed in mice and humans, emerged as a conserved hallmark of aging. IgG promoted a pro-senescent state in immune cells, accelerating aging, while its reduction mitigated these effects. These findings highlight immunoglobulin-associated senescence as a key driver of aging.
