We have a family of 4 and one income, aka not rich and no help from our families. It took 6 months of looking at properties and countless property analyses with a team we build. Thanks for all the content.. I purchased the multi family millionaire vol 1 TWICE... Got the email from Amazon stating it was delivered, I raced downstairs to pick up the package to find NOTHING!! I'm super disappointed because I'm sure that book has so much value and i wanted to support bigger pockets because you really pour back into others. I tried buying it on the website too but it was available. Hopefully I can get my hands on the book soon.
