Maintenance Training - Dynamics - Fluids - Series 1 - Solver Choice: Glass Fill

Explore the importance of scene scale when simulating fluids.

Set up a correctly scaled glass-fill scene.

Adjust project and simulation settings to create an accurate simulation.

*This Maintenance Training video was recorded using Cinema 4D R21 and X-Particles Build 895.
The hardware it was recorded on was an Intel i7 7820X at 3.60 GHz, 64GB RAM, with an Nvidia GTX 1080ti.

Thanks for the tut. But how do you generate the geometry? Which generator should we use?

Even just trying to reproduce what you doing doesnt even bring me close to what you get as we dont see your particle emission settings, wouldnt it be great to have all the tutorials files available in the Content repository for users to be able to play with it or understand it better files in hand ?

What scale should I adjust to speed up and slow down the particles?

The problem is the VDB Mesher when the sim is this small. To even get it to show, you have to change the emitter particle radius. And when changing the voxel size and point radius, it just looks like small blobs of slime.

I downloaded this project files trying small-scale simulations but the emitter particles going through the cylinder, not sure why. Your video tutorial is excellent but the file I am using not matching with yours. Also tried my own glass and it splashed everywhere. Please advise me, thank you
