Grow your own: Lettuce from Seed to Harvest

Almost any container is suitable for growing your own fresh lettuce. You don't need a garden or a lot of space.
In this video you'll see how I sow the seeds, pick out the seedlings, transplant out and harvest. I hope you enjoy and as always thanks for watching.

You will have lettuce for many days to comes! I like the point of limiting food waste. Good point. I just picked some romaine lettuce today for a salad. Great video!

Hey buddy. Can’t wait to get my plants out. Already have grape tomatoes on vine and so much more. Chitted potato skins are out in a poly cover. If you get a chance check them out. You are sounding much healthier, so glad you are doing better.

Beautiful lettuces. Did you use grow lights to get them going?. Also we had a very wet spring a year ago here in central Florida and I had snails and slugs every where. I didn't want to use beer traps or salt but I tried Epsom salt which is good for the garden and they all left. Not sure if it was that or just hungry birds. Lol.
I really like the bamboo sticks to keep cats out. Great video. 👍😃

"We" can buy curled up "ring" sausages held by a bamboo(?) pin, broad "handle" at one end. Would make an A1 seedling "dibbler".
