As a spoiled son of a rich businessman I was getting my first car at the benz dealership and my father was finishing up the paperwork. However there was a $350 discount for buying that day but the manager had to sign for it and had left, wouldn't be back for an hour. I told my dad, "it's a $35, 000 car, $350 is nothing! Let's just go!"

He looked at me and said "it's one hour. How many people do you know who make $350 an hour?"

I never looked at money and business the same way again. Did a lot of growing up that day. Learned the value of a dollar.
