How do you with a gross room or area? I have severe depression, and my husband has some issues that I haven't quite figured out yet, our master bedroom has always been my worst enemy. He comes home from work and everything goes to the floor, emptying pockets on the dressers, he can't keep up with anything, all the clothes, and trash, I just get so grossed out and it's hard to cope with it. I don't mind cleaning it up after him, but it's just dealing with the ick factor. Dishes, bathrooms, it's so hard for me to handle the gross part of cleaning, I guess if I did more of it, it wouldn't be gross, but I have a special needs child and busy lives and so cleaning just gets put on the back burner, I make sure the child's area and around is clean, he has his safe bubble, everywhere else is just so overwhelming.
