For any English speakers this is a traditional Azerbaijani wedding. probably in a relatively remote region and we call it this specific type of wedding “palatka toyu” in translation tent wedding. As it is a tradition this relatively young man is giving a speech telling his wishes to the newlyweds and after that half in a half poetic way he starts to compliment the people, the prude beautiful women of their region and as the time goes on he speaks about “alqasim oglanlari” from what i see those alqasim oglanlari is the total male population of some village or a generation(family, dynasty) and he mentions they are “vorzakon” (Russian thieves-in-law- he means they are pretty much tough, respected honorable men it is a commonly used phrase in Azerbaijan it can be compared to Cosa Nostra of Italian/Gangsters in Amrerica/Roadman in United Kingdom) but it is a wedding and those kind of words are over his age and status and also there are women and children there in the wedding and it is not really appreciated to talk about those topics strictly in front of women but children have more leniency to that rule. To add up more like it is taboo for a man of his status or age to talk about that big and controversial topics and he is warned by a relatively older probably more respected man that he should just give the mic as he has spoken more than enough and he should just stop at this point but he insists he is first slapped by the first guy and another man comes and just smacks him in the head as he is not as tolerant as the previous man who just warned him and the fight erupts women scream etc. As a final touch there is a guy in background who gets in the head with a plate and that is probably either someone who had a grudge or people don’t knowing and just getting involved in a group fight. In conclusion i can say that do not really talk about sensitive topics such as manhood religion honor in a traditional Azerbaijani gathering.
