My grandpa passed away eight months and he loved being in the country and he would to love to live in the outskirts of heaven

My Dad(technically my step-dad; but that's not @ all accurate) loved this song! He raised me, loved me, & never treated me like anyone other than his baby girl! Unfortunately he passed away from stage 4 small cell lung cancer & black lung. He was a hard working coal miner until being forced to retire after receiving what he called a, "death sentence, " aka: his diagnosis/prognosis. His oncologist gave him 3-6 months @ best. Bless his heart, he lived, & fought that evil disease like a seasoned warrior for 10 months(which is really not the usuall outcome &, he was extremely miserable from pain.) He asked me to have this song played @ his funeral service. Not only did we play it, I also played Kelly Clarkson - Piece By Piece, Idol version. I never knew my heart could hurt this bad. He passed away in April of 2017 & he was 57 years young. His birthday is coming up on October 24th & he'll turn 62 in Heaven along with my sister, Stephanie that unexpectedly passed away in 2010 @ age 30. I guess my point is just that life is hard. It can knock you down & completely shatter your heart & soul.

One thing I know for certain . . .

God promises I can be reunited with them one sweet day!! That's truly what keeps me going.
