for me, melt value is what matters at the end of the day. Collector value is so dramatic that it cant be trusted.

Silver Roosevelt dimes are the absolute best. Highly recognized, small denominations, and extremely low chance of being counterfeit.

I'm the opposite I don't care for generic rounds I'd rather have kilo bars or rolls of silver eagles

The amount of silver matters most although I don't mind paying more for one or two coins because I just like how they look. Gives the collection some eye catchers.

So true, I prefer silver up to 10oz. Bars. But, rounds are best. Because you don't have to deal with dates and currency. Like morgans. And some eagles. But, of course I got them all.😊

Been stacking Libertads for over 10. Best investment I ever made. Specifically the 90’s.

I like ASAHI 10 oz. rectangular silver bars .999 American silver shiny new protective coverings. I own over 8, 500 of them I store them on a plastic shipping pallet. Remember a troy pound is 12 troy ozs.

Buffalo and other generic rounds are the best, keep stacking those. Wherever you do don't buy government minted coins that are easier to sell and more trusted. You really save money when the dealer you're selling to has to inspect each generic round to make sure they are real. Save that money! Buy those buffalo rounds up!

I bought some buffalo rounds during the dip which I’m sure a lot did

I buy rounds. Carry a few traveling always. The easiest to sell at fair value is a round. You never know where you will be. Maybe everything comes crashing down & you need to sell some for gas money. You wont always have your favorite coin shop to sell to.

Silver quarters before copper zinc added? Is my take? Nex 1 gr or 1 ounce 24k gold bars?
