By the way, I tried all methods, and the line did not go away, but one trick I tried and it worked, that is, I clicked select all (for the whole document), then clicked on the arrow of the border selected in the video (@ 0:44), then selected no border, the line then disappeared. This worked for me. There are two borders in the Borders Box. Make sure to click on the first tab called Borders, not Page Borders, trial and error (lots of error). Thanks!
