So many layers and harmonies that I absolutely had no idea even existed, and I had a friend that had a vinyl release of this.

No matter how many times today's generation copy these songs no one can beat those composers, those singers and those actors.
One can't even think to reach to their level.

This song is crazy interesting. It has elements of Moog synths, a bit of Jazz, a bit of Dub(Reggae?) some Pop Rock

I know the opinion of one man wouldn't matter here but I didn't particularly like this one. I hear the separation you've made between each track/ channel quite audible and one can hear each instrument properly. I also hear all the panning effects. And while that might be appealing to most of the masses here, I feel while that each channel has a lot of 'individual' clarity but when played together it lacks the cohesiveness of the original or to simply put it, it just doesn't 'come together' or 'gel' all that well. In the original (I am assuming its a mono mix) it all feels like it is coming from 'one universe', 'one reverb' and I also feel the mono mix lends itself well to the screen. I don't understand this modern fetish of bettering something that has already peaked and is gold. Anyway. Don't want to rant any more. Btw, I am a huge fan of all the A.R. Rahman mixes you've done. So yeah, I am an admirer and not a hater. Cheers!
