Nigeria involvement and participation, the signing of the AfCFTA by PMB is not only SIGNIFICANT, the impact for African Continental trade amongst within, between Countries is hugely important, the right thing to do. Performance by industries within Nigeria(ns) will rise at a much higher level; definitely a bonus bc everyone, Every sectors be it private but especially public sectors is held to account, in terms of EXPECTED EXCELLENCE, EFFECTIVENESS AND EFFICIENCY...Competitive advantages, increased Economic of Scale Growth, Co-operations, Negotiations, improved industrial relations amongst Employers and employees, Working to optimization and added value of individuals/industrial investment in both human capital management and development, at last EMPOWERMENT of Nigerians Women, Women globally etc.
