INGREDIENTS:
• 3 cups water
• ½ tsp salt

3. Add the broccoli, carrot, shallot, dill, and feta cheese to the oat groats.
4. Whisk together the vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a small bowl and pour over the salad.

i soak em overnight. cook in water within 10 minutes. leave it covered for an hour. smells so good and it has a sweeter taste. i do the same with pearled barley. goes well with steamed or stir fried spicy veggies.

I've been eating old fashioned rolled oats for years thinking it was the best option but after some web searching, I learned that Oat Grouts is the Superior food. So now I'm gonna make this and eat it with fresh fruit. 😊 Clean eating 😄
