Ernst Meisner, artistic coordinator of the Junior Company, teaches this ballet class and pianist Rex Lobo accompanies him on the piano. This is the last class.

I am from Bulgaria and I am an astronomer, I work in a planetarium. I have never been a ballerina and I am almost 60 years old. Every morning I listen to your videos. I don't look what movements you show. I just listen to the music and do gymnastics, and jump, and run and dance for 40 minutes. It helps me so much and gives me energy for the whole day. Thank you very, very much!!

I was a rhythmic gymnast for 12 years. Now that Im older I decided ballet could fit me better. Your videos helped me fall inlove with ballet during the corona virus period and now I deffenitelly know I want to persue it in the future. Thank you very much for all the videos! (the first few weeks I just stayed on the first class :-) I have committed myself to doing one of your generous and fabulous barres a week. and now . . . finding out this is the last . . . I feel like I am losing a friend. of course I will go back to #1 and go through them all again, and no doubt . . . again ... and probably again. . . It's going to be awhile before anything changes for dancers here in the US. You are my sanity for the day. having lived and danced in Europe for much of my career, having your solid, clean, thoughtful European barre to turn to has been SUCH a gift. I am so grateful for these past few weeks - I’ve loved every class. I’m so dreadfully sad though that we won’t be ‘meeting’ up anymore. Thank you for the inspiration and efforts into accommodating dancers of all abilities. I know I’m much stronger than when I started, even though I don’t think my audition as prima will be successful- many, many, many thanks! These classes have been wonderful!
