I love this video. I have a shower where the bead cracked along the back wall and water came out under the front of the shower pan. Called a plumber to diagnose the problem and it cost me a couple hundred bucks. He said the drain wasn't cracked and that the back wall needed to be resealed. I resealed it but it wiggles a lot at the bottom. Tried all kind of search terms, but yours is the only video I found. Thank you!

I can tell from many of the other comments, here, that I'm not the only one who found this to be one of those "weird" problems that I've had a hard time figuring out how to remedy. I think I got it now. Thanks man!

I am so excited to try this. Thank you. We had a new wall put into our bathroom and the guy didn't put enough glue.

I want you to know that I spent TWO weekends working on my shower wall. The first fix lasted LESS than a week - then I found this video. I will repost if it comes loose again - but I don't think it will. The exception is that my shower is lined with FRP panels - so there is that difference. If it comes loose I will repost so that you will know. At any rate - THANK YOU FOR THE IDEAS. My daughter and I used them all and they all worked very well!!

This is EXACTLY my issue with some Dumawall I installed. Informative video. I'll give the fix a try, but my hopes are low.

I love that you used a Harbor Freight ad (I think!) for your lining.

I did this and it worked very, very well. The only thing I would add is to get yourself a piece of hose/piping that will extend that injector to get the Gorilla Glue up into the crevice better. I did this and that wall is SOLID!!!

Also it helps if you put a dab of dish soap in the water whey you calk. (Makes it easier to keep the calk off your fingers).

Thanks for the video. My back shower wall is bowing out, it seems like it might be a too tight of a fit. Is it easy to cut them and what would I cut it with? My walls are like 1/4 inch thick. Hope you can help me out.

I am installing a tub surround on a bit of uneven walls. The corners are the only thing glued right now, and though they are braced and have been sitting over 24 hours, they want to lift at certain points, away from the wall. Wondering if the GG might be a fix before going on to next step of gluing walls on

I learned a trick from a friend to get very nice tight beads of silicone. Instead of pulling the caulk gun along the gap, push it! You will judge the speed of both the product and the movement very easily. (unless you can shed some light on how to narrow the finger wide caulk runs that I always get after finger smoothing)
