After Charlie finishes his book report, there are sticky notes by his window, but when Sally wakes him up, they’re gone.

Charlie Brown writes his book report with 1,000 words, but when he finishes it, we see that it’s only two pages.

Number 5
While Charlie is working on his book report, he straightens a pencil, paper, and his book, but in a wide shot, a cup with a straw appears too.

It's entirely possible to have 1000 words written on two pages, especially if you use both sides. Sally wakes him up the next morning, so it's entirely possible he moved the sticky notes at some point before going to sleep.
