Please let me know what you think in the comment section below, as it will help for this bridge to be constructed at the Durango Public Library. I would love to hear your thoughts and any ideas you might have for modification purposes.

This was designed in Engineering Class at the Durango High School. If enough people like this bridge, the design will be given to Woodshop and Welding classes for the students to make for the Durango Public Library. The lights inside of the columns will be solar-powered. The wooden sides will have a lock to open up for internal access and maintenance while keeping people and animals out. While it is not shown in the video, the interior lights will be lantern-based, casting a shadow of different book characters out against the walls (i.e., Peter Pan, Winnie-the-Pooh, Mickey Mouse, Charlie Brown, etc.) while still providing enough light to see at night.

This is awesome! I'll be excited to see the finished product here in Durango. Where will the solar panel be located for the Solar lights? The columns are probably my favorite part of this.
