How to fix Traxxas UDR wheel hex drives and drive pins

Simple tutotial here on modification to the drive hubs and removing the brake discs which can cause problems

Good information about the hexes melting, thank you for sharing. I bought my car a year ago, Then got busy and I’m just getting around to building it fresh out of the box. I had these “upgraded” Traxxas hexes from when I bought them With the truck last year, but I couldn’t remember why I bought them. I must’ve watched your video a year ago ha ha.

I am having issues getting the stock melted hex hub off, do I just need to get a flat head screwdriver between the backside of brake disc? Just put in freezer but don’t want to damage something else!??

I got the traxxas udr wheel hex’s (no break disc) and it’s really lose. Is it supposed to be like that?
