Hooks are usually stronger than straight punch. The angle of how u punch makes a difference.

These are the newer machines a female can get 900 easily the older ones always seem to be set more of a accurate difficulty where most females get 2-300 and males average 5-680 and your arms hurt after hitting it a few times. These ones you can hit all day and you'll feel nothing. I'm not impressed blud

I'm so confused, I did 954 on a machine like this, but I'm only 16 and I'm not jacked or huge. Did the machine have different way of mesuring, or am I just strong

Bro nobody just punches the bag straight down the middle everyone always gotta do some tricks to enhance the punch either running at it, swinging some crazy wind up haymaker or like this man standing to the side of the bag. Stand in front of it, plant your feet and throw a straight punch and let’s see what u get

Some are def rig, unless my punch is somewhat powerful, my highest at a bar was 879 and I’m 120 lbs standstill

I’ve got 999 before no cap but I think that machine was f..ked but I tried the other machine and got 900 plus and I’m only 15 but I do boxing and I think it’s not about power it’s about technique and the speed
