Man, Greece sure is quite the inspiration hotspot for many a fakemon region. Not that I mind as long as you do your own thing.
That being said, the pokemon here are amazing. My team would be: Delphidon, Veposian Aggron, Artosow, Lureedice, Heliodial and Biocadia.

my team: Delphidom (water/fighting), Astregal (flying/electric), Wyrvine (grass/dragon), Panofowl (psychic/dark), Cerberough (fire/ground), Gorgeon (poison), and Frigidire (ice/ghost)

The Mudspray should just be pure grass and made of wood. Just one of the few ones well I feel like too much is going on.

My full team in this region will be as follows.

For my starter, Shoalfin. I always take the water starter ever since Gen 1 (Yes I'm old. I was 10 when Pokemon came out)

Eckoal, bats are cool for me and it's a fire type.

Corinthom, he looks mischievous and ghost is my second favorite type.

Anaknit, creepy spider as her last evolution, hell yea.

Veporian Cherubi, I always take a new version of an old pokemon since Sun/Moon and Cherubi doesn't get much love.

And finally Starray, a pseudo-legendary is always on my team the first playthrough, dragon is my #1 favorite type and it looks like a shark.

The team I would bring to the elite 4/Champion

Astregal (flying/electric)
Cerberough (fire/ground)
Gladiathom (ghost/steel)
Machamp (fighting/rock)
Cosmanta (dragon/psychic)

Going with the Fire starter Tintoro
Brasteerion (Fire/Steel): Despite the 4x ground weakness its immune to poison and resists 9 types, 4 of them double resist. We need a Fire/Steel starter.
Binoceros (Grass/Rock)
Tideton (Water/Fairy) My 2nd Favorite typing.
Galvathlon (Electric/Fighting) Speed Boost or Scrappy, easily broken
Elusifox (Dark/Ghost) 1 Weakness, 3 immunities
Binocadia (Ground/Flying) Hopefully a Rock move or Steel Wing for the ice weakness
