About Pai:

Pailin “Pai” Chongchitnant is the author of the Hot Thai Kitchen cookbook, co-host of a Canadian TV series One World Kitchen on Gusto TV, and creator and host of the YouTube channel Pailin's Kitchen.

Pai was born and raised in southern Thailand where she spent much of her "playtime" in the kitchen. She traveled to Canada to study Nutritional Sciences at the University of British Columbia, and was later trained as a chef at Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in San Francisco.

I absolutely love tom kha! I asked my maid to cook it for me every few weeks. So And yes i made it using your recipe from last time. I got so obsessed with it since i first ate it at a thai rest in sydney. Thank you thais for gracing us with amazing food! Lol

I just made this and it's delicious and very simple to make! Everything that contains the holy trininity of lime, lemon grass and coconut is actually a guarantee for a good flavour. Thank you for posting.

I also made this today with the kabocha dish. Super Thai styled food >< I used dried galangal and lime leaves but it still turned out great. Mine was a bit salty and a bit white. So I added more water. I think I should add more water and less coconut milk next time~

Have any good substitutes for Kaffir lime leaves? They've been banned in my location because they had some fungus that was hurting orange trees.
