My Garmin 245 Forerunner is acting weird as it will "sound off" with a chime displaying Abnormal Heart Rate but yet the watch is not on my wrist. Can anyone explain how this is happening and why because I received this message 3x in a week with the watch not on my wrist.

I Want tô see the accuracy running biking etc... I think in normal position and resting ALL of this heart rate have good accuracy

Oh man i don't know u can use oxymeter or not, but clearly u have to see the top line not the bottom line. The bottom line is your heart rate maaan, 🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦

I just got back from my specialist appointment. He said you you can have different readings between the left and right side of your body. Based on that, i would suggest you would need to wear both devices on the same side. To make your test more accurate, maybe get a bunch of friends to try them both out and plot over multiple days. 3 individual measurements does not constitute science.
