Steps on how to make grid lines thicker in Microsoft Excel

Thicker grid lines can be achieved in Excel by using the inbuilt tool called 'all borders' and setting a custom line style. To apply the all border tool to an entire sheet in Excel instead of a subsection, select the top left corner of the sheet with a half shaded triangle which will highlight all cells.

Seems there are just 2-3 thickness settings for solid lines. Are there even finer adjustments to line thickness? Like thicker and thicker? 4 pt, 6 pt, 8 pt, etc.?
