Hey Alex, you just keep getting better and better at this reviewing thing. It's always good for me when you review a few books because it gives me more books to look into. You've become such a beautiful ray of sunshine into my life, and I look forward to your videos every week. You've become my go-to reviewer. I hope you have a great week and thank you for helping me find the best books.

Last Days sounds right up my alley! I always discover great books on your channel. If only I had time to read them all...alas....

I read Harvest Home many years ago and that story has stayed with me. I loved it. It was a 5 star for me.

I think I need to read some Bernard Taylor! I've had my eye on his books for a while. Same with Harvest Home! I loved The Other by Tryon, that was a 5 star read for me...also the film is pretty good, but doesn't really capture the atmosphere? Love this wrap-up, thanks!!

Hi Alex! I was so excited to see that you had posted a new video! I haven't read any of the books that you showed in this video; however, I did try and read The Girl Next Door, but wasn't able to get through it. I think I mentioned that in another video. Anyway, I'm very interested in reading Harvest Home. Back in the 1970s they came out with a made for TV movie based on this book, and it was entitled " The Dark Secret of Harvest Home" starring Bette Davis as Widow Fortune....from what I can remember it was pretty good...definitely creepy, but I still want to read the book. I also want to read The Red Tree and House of Leaves. I SO ENJOY reading books that have spooky and creepy mansions as the backdrop or setting....definitely my cuppa tea. I just read a really creepy book of that particular type entitled 666 by Jay Anson. It was a creepy slow burn, with a fantastic it was a quick read, which I appreciated. I'm currently reading The House by Bentley Little. Never read anything by him, so we'll see how it goes. Take care! 😊

I hate it when books have alien stuff in it and I'm not expecting it! I really want to read Darkest Hours by Mike Thorn, I'm glad it has some good stories in it :) Seems like you had a pretty good reading month!

Another great video, Alex. I just did a TBR video in two parts but now I may have to add Last Days to the list.

I was eager to find out if you liked Harvest Home! I’d been searching for a copy of his book, The Other, when I found a beat up copy of Harvest Home in the thrift store. I’m looking forward to reading it this fall. I love a slow burn

The Other is one of my favourite books! You should definitely read that soon.

Another great video. You should do a separate review for the girl next door that one sounds very interesting

The Girl Next Door is one of the most disturbing books I've ever read. You should definitely do a review video for it. I've had Silk by Caitlin Keirnan for so long but I still have yet to read it.

I have read, "The Ritual, " by Adam Neville and have, "Last Days, " on my shelf! I remember him being great at atmospheric horror in, "The Ritual." I didn't even realize I had watched the movie on Netflix so I accidently watched the movie before reading the book. lol

Do a seperate review for the Girl Next Door. The more reviews this book has, the better. I should go and look for Last Days, it sounds really cool.

A review of The Girl Next Door would be grand! Have you watched the film? Also, I loved your image of the cover on Instagram! That cover weirds me out on a couple levels!

The larger my YA 90s collection grows the more I find myself disappointed in the R.L. Stine books but I'm still hopeful
