This song was written for my Aunt Rhonda. They lived in Hawthorne, California, right down the street from Murray Wilson and his family. Brian had split from his steady and dated my Aunt over the summer. He wrote this song for her

Wow, that was awesome guys. I first saw the Beach Boys in '63 or '64 at a high school dance in San Bernardino - Pacific High. They were just starting out and their vocals were awful. Of course they grew into a great group and I saw them 4 times after that. Anyway, thanks to you Brits for keeping their music alive.
