[SFM] Meet the Scout (but the BLU Team is 𝙉𝙊𝙏 Incompetent)

Scout may be fast, but I don't think he is able to outrun bullets in normal conditions. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I love this running (no pun intended) theme of "Meet The Team" but the blue team is not incompetent series. It's hilarious, especially with the ending screen and Engineer's prior fate. Then there's the lack of Scout—well _most_ of him at least! HAHAHA! Wonderful animation once again :D
