Scout single-handedly plowing through the first wave of bots made him look more like a real fighter instead of a douchebag that we know. Also i like the fact that Heavy's minigun was actually accurate and wasn't throwing bullets around. The whole animation is simple yet so cool!

Turning TF2’s biggest nuisance into an absolute masterpiece of a short action movie, my guy I need more of this

I love the small touch how all the aimbot snipers are literally just robots and have the particles and sounds of one.

I always love these depictions of Scout, as under the douchey facade he puts on there’s a genuine fighter and acrobat and it shows in animations like this

Pro tip. Some of the bots are programmed to only shoot if they can hit the head. If you turn around and look down, this places your head hitbox behind the player model, making it so bots cannot actually headshot you. In many cases, they just won't shoot. Works wonders on good sniper players too.

"Only the scout, mastered all the weapons could stop the ruthless aimbots, and when the world needed him the most... He returned"

I have two things to say about this one.
First of all, I can clearly see "Rise of the Epic Scout" metaphorically screaming for about a half of this video, and as a scout main i can relate to it
Secondly, this animation is pretty damn good.

This gives me Rise of the Epic Scout vibes. In fact this gives me Crash Maul vibes with all the action and style. Great work!

Honestly, the scout moves, attacks, and strategic thinking really gets some Elden Ring vibes.

Ran into something like this and it made for one of the greatest stories in tf2 to stay with me.

I'd joined a casual match (cart push) where every human player on the red team was gone and it was only bots. Blu team, though, were all still human... and one guy in particular with a pocket of people started to say 'go engineer!' and started to make a defensive line to stop the bots from pushing their cart. Everyone on our team, 15 players, formed the greatest defense unit seen, fixing each other's turrets, helping our brothers upgrade, staying in stock. It was a hell of a battle, but we held them back... but then... round two came. And we were the attackers.

At first, they got us killed, blasted a good number of us, most didnt stand a chance in our own spawn... but some of those glorious bastards got a foot hold in. We even got a two medic and one heavy Uber charge in to mess with their flow. We moved our wall forwards, up and up, through the tunnel, out the wooden bridge, getting point on point. Sometimes we were stopped, but we found a way to keep going. Then we got the the final area, a full on open range with high grounds everywhere for the bots. They picked us off like mad and soon... we lost all our time and went into OVERTIME. On our last stand and a heartened shout, we kept people touching that cart and pushed like there was no tomorrow. The heavy medics combo charged in, engineers planting turrets at every ledge and watching with my two eyes... we pushed that cart down the hole. We had won. There were roars of cheers and celebrations amongst the explosion of the bot pit was victory. A we ran for the after game lap and gunned down them bots... and we were hopeful.

Those bots... they were legion.
But us? We were the WALL. The Texas Front.

This is amazing! Just 4 minutes of really well-made action! The posing of the scout everytime he fires a gun was really nice.

I remember the one time we tried to seriously win against an all-bot sniper team after they'd booted all their human players. Defending the payload was simple enough: all Engies, hidden behind walls while the sentries did everything. Attacking was another matter: we had a heavy, a soldier, and everyone else was a Vaxx Medic playing "guess when the snipers are going to show" to try to stop our Heavy from dying as we huddled behind the cart while the Heavy stood on top.

0:31 That would such a cool idea for a demo shield! Instead of giving you a charge attack you can raise it to tank a certain amount of non fire based damage with the charge bar being it's 'health' And you can't regain shield healh unless you have it lowered for 5 seconds THEN it starts to recover. It might be broken It might not. But it would be fun no matter what.

This is the only way the scout should be portrayed in my eyes. An unapologetic badass.

never have i thought a guy who makes bots would make a sfm about the bot situation but despite that, its a good animation and you now have my respect as a person who wants to be an animator

(idk how much is that worth tbh)

The gun poses are awesome and I love the detail of nuts and bolts spilling out of the aimbots when they're shot, very good job!
