My 80 V trimmer is less than a month old and its making a horrible noise. In the beginning it was making this nice “Whirring” noise. Now, will it rim for 1 mile? Nope..not here in. Texas. I have an acre and it might cut a half acre..it all depends I guess on “What” is being cut. I am very pleased with the power output, I hope I won’t have to return it.

Buyer Beware, bought a combo set and they changed the mower once payment was received! Customer service will not send correct item and actually attempted to change ad on website-SEE BELOW before and after my complaint! See BBB, NC and Texas State Attorney General, FTC Complaints! Follow up response to BBB from company, "customer was advised that we have corrected the description" they actually admitted cross interstate mail and wire fraud, yet they still won't send what was bought and paid for! WOW!

GW showed its true colors today: Item came in already opened and extremely damaged box; CS basically told me that if the item itself was not damaged, I should keep it as it came. Really bad experience, company never owned the mistake, going through dispute process with bank.
